Types of Supervision
Are you looking for supervision as a pre-licensed or practicing clinician? Are you considering or have already started a private practice and need some consultation?
Supervision is an intensive process, requiring a substantial investment from both you and your clinical supervisor. You will be asked to participate to help develop your counseling and communication skills as well as to process what you are learning about being an effective counselor. Supervision will focus on skill development and increasing general clinical knowledge. Much of your learning as a supervisee will take place as a result of your participation in the supervision process. Before beginning this process, you should make a commitment to be present and actively involved at each session.
