Dr. Tina R. Paone

Therapeutic Approach

Are you having difficulty navigating stress or conflict? Have you experienced any major life changes recently? Questioning your identity, relationships, health, life satisfaction, or accomplishments? Dealing with stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, and/or isolation? You do not have to go through it alone. Let me help. Together, we can work through difficult feelings and overcome these challenges.

I work with a wide variety of clients who feel frustrated and unheard. Wherever these feelings stem from, I provide a safe space for people to process them. I also specialize in the impact of race and racism on mental health and relationship issues. No matter how you identify, know that you will be seen and heard when working with me.

I recognize that starting counseling can be difficult. Everyone comes from a different space with their own unique circumstances and experiences. I believe in meeting each person at where they are in life and treating them based on their individual needs and concerns. Through counseling, we will work together to achieve the goals you would like to accomplish
